THE OPPORTUNITY

During my time at Deloitte Digital, our team worked with Casey's, one of the top 5 pizza distributors in the U.S., to design a B2B Android app leveraging Zebra device barcode scanning capabilities for in-store use by Team Members to fulfill online customer orders with ease.

The Challenge

Transform the team member experience, enhance the guest experience, and unlock growth for the business. This included streamlining routine tasks, providing real-time information, increasing labor efficiency, optimizing resource planning, and increasing order volume per TM.
